If he can get his investment back and buy Rangers for a pittance in comparison, he can take his brand into Europe via the CL within a couple of years

It was Peter Johnson who rejected the idea of a two tier Park End, because he didn't think there was a need for it.

Before quoting Spurs and West Ham, take a look at their stadium proposals and how much each will cost. 50-70 mill?

Through thick and thin, regardless how poor we've been at times over the years, when at Goodison I've generally felt happy. I still do.

Really, I am not one normally for sentiment and irrational emotions but it really is just simply a special place. The atmosphere; the character.

Undoubtedly, it will be sad to leave the Ol' Lady and for future generations not to experience the whole feeling, yet needs must.
