I can't help but think this is a non-story. Surely Moshiri is aware of both the sites and will have visited them already albeit without the media in tow?

And if there's one thing that would come out of such a visit it is that, if both sites are attainable, there is quite simply no choice to be made. Let's hope it's purely due diligance, the lack of which was a real and consistent criticism of the previous regime.

Bramley Moore would require significant enabling works to take place before it could hold a new stadium whereas the second choice of Stonebridge Cross is ready for development.

Pre - fab off the shelf stadium being loaded onto lorries as we speak.

Remember when we used to make a press announcement that the club had had tentative thoughts about a new stadium on WHP. At least the new regime seem to keep their cards closer to their chest (apart from transfer deadline day of course).

To be honest I'm not slating Moshiri - if we move to a stadium which is further away from the city centre - It'll put me off going the match - I enjoy drinking in the city centre before and after - and I drive past SBC every day - it's a complete no from me and wouldn't dream of putting a stadium there.

I have full confidence that BMD is going to go ahead.

This is my feeling, too. Maybe we have agreed the purchase of BM, subject to planning, but I reckon either planning, or site suitability, will result in that plan collapsing, resulting in a move to SC.

Bramley Moores location couldn't be better however I pass through Sandhills station daily and the smell is horrific at times from the sewerage farm. We may well need nose pegs for match days.

At the end of the day it's always a possibility we could end up at SC and they will probably spin it to say well we could have a basic stadium at the docks whereas we could deliver a world class stadium here. But if they do can't help feel we would have missed another massive opportunity.

The only thing that gives me hope is that the docklands site is out in the open, surely if we were always heading to SC then they wouldn't get hopes up with the docks as they would know their on a hiding to nothing... look what we could have won but instead you got this and no matter how good this is you'll still want that.

...just remember though it could have been a cow shed in Kirkby!!!
