No that will probably happen.....it's the Everton way!!!The board will end up building a Kirkby-esque shed with a capacity of just 49,000 at Stonebridge Cross.
They will tell us that they really wanted to build a dockside stadium to rival Tottenham's new 61,000 all-seater but that Brexit prevented it from happening.
Or am I just being cynical?
