I mean, the london/thames tunnels for the new railway lines a lot of precast concrete is being brought over from Ireland

Except the revenues of Everton fc are largely in gbp so his Return on investment is significantly diluted

I don't believe it will - it's all to do with forecasting but with it being a 4 -5 year project I can't see it being too much of a risk

Exactly. Surely a billionaire (he is a billionaire, yeah?) holds a USD account for major trading. Obviously I get that Everton is a GBP company but I'm quite sure Mosh will avail himself of every financial instrument the city has to offer to mitigate against fx movements.
