I think it will be sooner rather than later now. Cant see it being too far off. There should be some notice of the purchase in the accounts. At the very least, the fee attached to the option on the land.

Are people more nervous for confirmation on where it is going to be, or what it will look like?

I'm confident it's BMD. Getting used to how the exterior looks will be difficult for me personally because Goodison Park is so iconic, I know it's ancient as stadiums go but that's its charm. The location of the new stadium, multi purpose uses and knowing it's going to elevate the Blues back to where we belong is what excites me. I'll get over it pretty quickly if it's as good as I hope it is.

Confirmation of where it is,if BMD I think the rest falls into place in regards to how it will look,fitting in with the location,if it was Stonebridge I would expect a generic new stadium

Exactly, Bill in his statement even implied we had unfinished business in the window, great result against Arsenal, a winnable derby if crowd up for it at night, stuff Xmas is made of. But koff Everton.
