It's a great presentation, Tom worked long and hard and got input from a LOT of people whilst bdrawing up that presentation. Pretty sure it was largely ignored by the club as it went against the Kirkby "deal of the century" narrative.

I love Goodison and can't wait for tomorrow night, but BM could absolutely blow it out of the water and return us to the top table of English football.

We can recreate the Goodison atmosphere provided it's done properly, and the early indications from those involved suggest it will be done properly.

Yes, allegedly. I do not have concrete proof of money having changed hands and contracts exchanged. I do however have the word of a couple of trusted sources who are firm in their belief that such a deal has been agreed. As with everything, we'll have to just wait and see.

We have bought the right to buy the land through an option agreement. Basically, we pay a non refundable deposit to secure the land, in order to complete purchase after a certain event (planning permission). We signed this agreement in mid August. Crucially, these agreements do not show on, or are even required to notify land registry. I have little doubt that overages will also be part of this, meaning that the price of the land becomes the value post successful planning application, giving higher yield to the owner. It will be this part that takes time, as an understanding of the value will be somewhat dependent on the scope.
