New Everton Stadium

Spot on about Solomon. You can also let him know he's a cowardly rat who when sent a pm on here to discuss his comments never responded.

Whilst we have their attention, and although I don't want to go off topic too much, isn't he the one who started that 'Laugh at Everton' thread and then came on here making lies up about Hillsborough? They seem to like telling lies over on RAWK so I will swing it back on topic again regarding Everton's ability to sell out our ground which they all seem to be deluding themselves about.

So for any of their bitter fans reading this, I will repeat, every home game this season has sold out:

http://www.evertonfc.com/news/2017/03/16/burnley-sold-out

'Every Premier League home game played so far in 2016/17 has sold out but tickets still remain for the visit of Leicester City on Sunday 9 April (kick off 4pm)*.'

The Burnley game mentioned above sold out on the 16th March, 1 month before the game on the 15th April.

We have always had the biggest support in the City when the grounds have allowed it, with a record attendance of 78,000 whilst they have never got over 61,000. Until this season, they'd never averaged over 50,000 in a single season, when we got 51,000 one year.

The fact is, they don't even sell out their own ground yet have sly digs (lies) at us. 1,000 short of capacity on average and never once got over 54,000.

I imagine Joe will announce details of the road improvement work, and maybe the rail situation later on?

The Knowledge Quarter on Edge Lane is supposedly getting a station (the project has been confirmed and there is a station, Paddington, mentioned) so it would all fall into that with the new loop line.

As its on topic about the needs of a new larger stadium, and doubts about our ability to sell out our own stadium... 8th most sold out club ground in the top 5 leagues...

Gonna miss this place.

I suppose it doesn't help their case when the owners suddenly decide what Anfield was needing was more obstructed views.

Brilliant considering the hopefully good news for us today.

Kopites don't let facts get in their way, they've been nurtured on the teet of one eyed propaganda. They've grown up with just getting enough people to say something enough times to convince each other it's true.

One lad on there used to factor in the unused away allocation as a dig that we hadn't sold out a game against Southampton or something when all the home tickets were gone a month before the game.
