New Everton Stadium

Where are you getting that info from? All the sources I've read state that EFC will only be able to purchase the leashold at the end of each 40 year term?

  • At the end of the term of each 40 year Lease, the 200 year lease will subsist and as such, EFC will have the option to purchase the Stadium/Stadium site from the Funder.
That's the stadium not the land. I heard after the stadium built we get the land but I might be wrong

Thing is, they say they're not bothered, couldn't care less, that it will be a plastic stadium etc, etc

But what the inbred f...wits dont get, is the pure quantity of objections and desperate efforts to show how appethetic they are shows for the world how much they absolutely hate the idea of this going ahead.

:D

Thanks
I come back then to the figures, when our add on LCCs cut we are having to find Lukaku money every year just to stand still. I know we will be in a much better stadium , but that seems like a tall order

£14.4m a year to lease the ground. Moshiri has wiped out debt that was costing us £6m a year to service. His mate has stuck his name of FF for £5m a year, so there's £11m before we factor in naming rights for the stadium and the large uplift in revenues from both corporate punters and more fans.

They seen the power shift in Manchester, they know this is massive for us, which is bad for them and all the other clubs we are stuck behind but not too far off.
They also know they have blundered with Anfield, what we are doing now they could of done 5 years ago rather then cause misery for old people

There will always be rival fans mouthing off just because they don't want the club to progress. Who gives a [Poor language removed]? Planning committee members won't care either.

Whoever is in charge of this project should do what we did when our stadium went to planning committee. Get a rival fan in favour of the project, who's worked with or benefited from Everton in the Community projects to speak in favour. We had a couple of Arse**l fans who'd worked with the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation doing that. Undermines the idiots, and looks good.
