New Everton Stadium

Because we would have got a brand new stadium, I know it would not have been the emirates, but it would have been a real stadium planned by real people. Not the pie in the sky ideas or total negativity that people on these forums go on about. Tell me another option we have had ,who was going to pay for it and were it was going to be.

The Section 106 agreement regarding capacity was dependant on the club hiring enough coaches and buses to bring our supporters in from the outlying car parks, local towns and Liverpool.

If the buses couldnt be found the agreement saw to it that the capacity was cut as a consequence.

Imagine it a half empty on a midweek CL night at the Kirkby Shed all because Elstone couldnt find those coaches as they were on the peak hour runs or the school bus runs.

No where has a worse transport infrastructure than goodison. And will the refurbished Anfield have a great transport infrastructure? And this calling it a shed is typical forum rubbish, sorry and it hurts to say but Goodison is a shed.
Kenwright in very hard circumstances (austerity) is trying his best, which is difficult when you are working in the real world rather than just critising on a forum

I was going to argue the point with you but it's obvious you havent read a single article regarding DK

Austerity hasn't happened to the EPL, it has never had so much money washing around its system , neither has Everton fc, you really are clutching at straws here,

Yes but it has to the Billionaires that you would need to take Everton on to compete with City and Chelsea.

Your right there I haven't read a single article, basically because I have a life! And although I run my own business I have never been involved in anything on that scale. I left it to people who had that business acumen and thought it was a goer. People like Tesco and the self made millionaire Bill Kenwright. How many of these large scale business plans have you completed?

Really? My experience suggests this isn't true at all. Whenever I've travelled in my car or train I haven't had any problems (compared to sometimes getting stuck in traffic or overloaded public transport at away grounds).
Also Goodison has one of the best crowd dispersal rates in the country.

Like I said pointless discussing it as you havent read up on why it was called in and the problems that lay ahead

Are you actually saying that billionaires have suffered during the past years of an economic crisis? Really? When every report compiled during that time has shown the share of wealth for the richest has risen whilst that of the poorer has decreased. Are you really saying that?

Somewhere deep in the darknet lies a crumb of credibility, it probably belongs to you, if you can find it.

Possibly 'THE' singularly worst defence of Kenwright and the board I've ever heard, and there's been a few...
