There isn't, the way over the top fantasies were scaled back long ago and they're referring to that. UNESCO threatened them back in 2012 and since then they've since compromised.

Looking at the agm Elstone appeared on shaky ground double costs etc, my take on that was the club `letting the fans down slowly`
Things have ground to a halt. I think if I was a betting man I would bet that this is extremely unlikely to happen now

They could also be managing expectations whilst being quietly confident. With Kirkby it sounded a done deal, they may be weary of getting any hopes up until the building has started this time.
