Developing anfield isn't it?
It concerns the whole £260 million project not just the ground.

Developing anfield isn't it?
They're going to build out over the road?We cant build on that site as their new stand encroaches it.
Not necessarily. The stadium could quite easily be built with a view to expansion down the line.
Our average attendance is something like 35,000 aad we only have about 25,000 season ticket holders, it would be madness to build a 52,000 seater stadium at this point.
They're going to build out over the road?
Plenty more of the park available though
This time in five years we'll be millionaires. No honestly, third time lucky.
Colour me unconvinced.
There are plenty of grounds around the world that have been expanded, Citeeh are just the latest to do so soon.
Deffo Goodison could be redeveloped there are umpteen solutions the example here is a 50K stadium:Not as much as we used to as far as I know, but we have some of the cheapest tickets in the league anyway.
£69 for kids next season and in think mine will be £495. All tickets are reduced. Can't ever accuse the club of charging to much.
Maybe it's because I grew up at roker but the sol has never really done it for me, it's a lovely ground and like I said we had no choice but I would have loved to stay at roker park.
Guess it all comes down to the football. If we were on your position we would almost be selling out, I guess.
We still average over 40,000 and for a team who have won the square root of nothing since 1973 and is about to suffer its 8 relegation since then. I guess the crowds are top drawer.
But, I reckon we will drop to about 30,000 next season and it willbe noticeable in such a big stadium.
Can Goodison be redeveloped and what would the capacity be?
if it was a fromule one style business model with reasonable hourly rates it might be a goerYou can't open a hotel in the middle of Walton and expect for your occupancy to rely on fortnightly match day trade, it wouldn't sustain itself never mind add to the commercial value of the club.
