I think it was in a press release early on when stadium was first announced. It'll be a condition of pp anyway. I think it was on some of the concept drawings from Meis as well.

Can't see Liverpool getting any new transport infrastructure at all, especially with Brexit looming.

I'm pretty sure @evo1878 and JA are talking about an additional Northern Line station.
