Must be the stadium project with the longest time between announcement and the revealing of design. And still no date in sight for us to finally see what is planned. Almost makes you feel like the board themselves don't even know. Almost.

The consultation was not just for Everton fans, it was for everyone. That 5% could be Everton fans, could be bitter reds, could be people who hate sport in all its forms, could be people who make money on a matchday at Goodison and are worried hey wont when we move.

I know public consultation is required on certain aspects of planning, like amendments to conservation area or amendments to a grade listed building.
I’ll admit planning isn’t the top of my list but I’d be interested to know what regs that fell under
