You can make a building look great on the outside regardless of what's inside. And I doubt Meis would build a stadium and ruin the view with a terrible looking car park, but you never know.

We're also, conveniently, quite close to a major UK city where, and this is a stroke of amazing luck, there are carparks AND you can walk in from them. What incredible fortune.

Right next to the car park. He can drive off the boat straight into it if we bore a hole in the side of dock wall.
