....no public communication doesn’t mean the funding isn’t in place. I’m not sure of the governance, but suspect the monies will need to be in place to get through the next phase.

I read Meis quoted somewhere saying less is more with regards to the capacity,
However when in the early stages, he was gushing about 61878 capacity, bet its 55000,and that would be just fine for me,

Meis holding seminars on why bigger stadiums aren't better? Probably won't have to come up with his own material as I'm sure the club have provided him with loads of spin these last two years in preparation.

Its been said often enough in the press .The club have to please LCC , Peel ,World Heritage and god knows who else. No point publishing plans that have to be changed. Wait till July.
