The location is the key, always has been. For me, that's just a generic modern stadium. I dont see it as iconic in and of itself. The waterfront setting though has a multiplier effect on it. It just cant fail to look impressive....with that design, or any other.

So, "just" PP and funding now then....

Amazing. It looks beautiful, them dirty reds are gonna be as jealous as hell. Looking at the internal pics, I can see how the sound will rise up and then be forced back and then swirl around the pitch.
