Stadium capacity is 52k and can be expanded to 62k...is that with safe standing or expanded to a 62k seater stadium ?

Absolutely. Their steep end not a patch to. They have those weird ‘Emirates’ type dips at the top

The arch doesn't look good but the extra seats that the arch allows for probably added 4,000 of the extra 10,000 seats?

Yeh I'm not saying it isn't important, of course it is, but those moaning are picking the weirdest tiny faults like writing font.

That was me!

I am a marketing/design guy, I hate our font, its ugly and weirdly proportioned! Nothing that cant be changed though on the stadium of course. I hate words being plastered on stuff anyway though like when we had the font on the kit under the badge.

The more you take a little more in depth look at little things the more you can see the thought he's put into it.

Not arsed what anyone says, that stadium absolutely craps all over any other stadium in this country. Stick 52k Evertonians in that right up for it and that's gonna be something special.

Genuinely emotional now, it will be horrendous on the day we play our last game there. Not trying to be a negative ninny, the move needs to happen, the stadium looks boss but christ never going to Goodison again will be heartbreak.

For sure.

I remember seeing us win the league as a boy, sitting on the metal rail in the Gwladys. I went to many games with my older brother and my late father.

I spend my teenage years with my friends there, and hope to take my son when he is ready.

But times waits for no man, and ee desperately need to modernise in this business driven world of football.

I will be sad to go, but excited for the future.
