New Everton Stadium

Is that the plan Phil where it can go further back and create an overhanging stand? I noticed that end was quite tight space wise but someone mentioned maybe that was an idea.
To the best of my knowledge that’s part of the plan: depth backward, overhang and a small amount of land purchased.

This wouldn’t happen any time soon, but it’s part of the overall design.

No problems here though.

I genuinely think Spurs will go backwards this season.

Alli is poor, Eriksen clearly wanted to leave and hasn't had any takers, Lloris is nothing like he used to be, Kane is always injured, and Alderweireld is off end of the season.

They made a good signing in that midfielder, but I think they'll be fighting for 5th or 6th this season.

If we can improve we can challenge them.

Downloaded and also filled in the survey, cheers mate.;)

It was from doing that survey mate that I found loads more stuff. One of the questions is the transport one and I was thinking "but the haven't said anything so how can I answer" and on that people's project site is all kinds of boss info, the level of detail is superb.

Fair play if this comes off, Moshiri will have delivered something absolutely spectacular

Are you sure of that? Meis said as much? I thought we were looking at safe standing as the only way to increase capacity. Thanks in advance.
To the best of my knowledge, yes.

Safe standing may increase capacity, depending on the ratios, yet there's no certainty that either a) it'll be legalised, or b) the ratio will offer the desire increase.

Also, the principle of having safe standing is not reliant on having a full stadium over a period of time, rather it is part of the desire to build an atmosphere.

If we regularly fill the ground and KPI are met (on and off the pitch) then the expansion will be considered, but I doubt this will be for a fair time - if at all.

Expansion through safe standing is another option, but again that depends on legislation amongst other things. Did Celtic Park's attendance grow?
