It's very simple, no investment = no chance of new stadium or re-development of Goodison (assuming that is possible)
They (the Board) have to invest, bring investors in, or sell.

It's pitiful that good numbers, spurred on by the occasional Echo article every six months or so, actually believe this board has either the intent or finance to deliver a new stadium

I should have said "comments made by one of the attendees (Tom Hughes) after the recent shareholders meeting".Just to be 100% clear this time I've no idea if the plans were viewed some time before or during the meeting... but the comments were made after it on another forum.
