A 12 minute walk is fine if that’s the case. I’ve never walked to the site so might do a tester to see what it’s like. Anything up to 20 minute walk is sound for me.

Ten to twelve minutes is a brisk walk although I'd expect most people, if it isn't too busy, it will be closer to a fifteen minute walk. That's fine for most people!

Cotsco isn't much further (approximatlely fifteen minutes at best) and Old Hall Street is just over the road, so Moorfields isn't too far away either.

Hopefully Nelson Dock gets filled in and they put in some boozers / food places for fans.
