Ten to twelve minutes is a brisk walk although I'd expect most people, if it isn't too busy, it will be closer to a fifteen minute walk. That's fine for most people!

Cotsco isn't much further (approximatlely fifteen minutes at best) and Old Hall Street is just over the road, so Moorfields isn't too far away either.

Hope they do up the surrounding area like as it isnt the most glitzy.

Hopefully Nelson Dock gets filled in and they put in some boozers / food places for fans.
