I think it would be fitting to invite somebody from the Methodist church to the opening game. We are a church team when all is said and done.

to be honest, with St Luke' being a big part of Goodison I was always thinking a chapel in the ground like Barcelona have would be a nice touch

You can't really compare as the groundwork is a bit different! I think Spurs was around three years in the end anyhow after the issues they had with the safety systems. 2016 to April 2019, despite it looking ready for September 2018.

The site works are likely to be more complicated here, but 3 years would be considered fairly standard.

Once the site works are completed, the actual structure will seem to go up very quickly. Then the last year will drag by comparison as its all internals and finishing work that you won't actually see progressing.

Yep.remembet that one. This one was a fairly newish pub prob built when the 60s flats went up.in netherfield rd. It was set back from the road. Think it was between netherfield rd and great homer street. It's still there seen it a while ago but I'm sure it's an undertakers now

A lot of mud and shi sludge, plus every penny or other object that was dropped or fell off a ship or dock.
