Everton have a large walk up crowd and Goodison has one of the fastest crowd dispersal rates in the country. WHP would be no different.
The dispersal rate could of course be down to the Faye that has been on offer over the years
Completely different site. One side has a railway (disused), another side housing and another side housing with one road through. Too many would be heading in the same direction ie the dual carriageway. Public transport is poor with a train station even further away.

That was my only concern about king's dock. Bad enough now with a 10k arena there.
Although I would've been more than happy to overlook it due to it's prime location.

Its an educated guess that PH won't leave the site derelict and do nothing. The masterplans are laid out and principles agreed. What I cant say is whether an approach will make any difference, or how much that may cost.
There are other issues as well, which would have an effect on any potential buildings on that site, and that's the tunnel that runs near directly below it and is why there is a section of the Liverpool waters that seem 'flatter' than the others while on plan. That's something that only extensive surveys would tell us, done in consideration with what form the building above it would take. The forces of a Stadium would be very different to the forces of an office building, or several on the same footprint. I don't know that answer to that though.

I remember talking to some lads when the Kings Dock was on the cards, how great would it of been to of had a light shining from the stadium, and illuminating Ruperts tower on matchdays.

Agree with that mate, I'm not sure how long PH have had the site and as of yet done nothing with it, It would be interesting to know how long the council will continue to allow them to do nothing, will there come a time when the council say " your plans are unrealistic and there is no start date on the horizon go away and come back with a more realistic plan one that has a chance coming to fruition.

Its a 20 year masterplan. It could well be that Princes Reach is the start of an influx of investment in that area, there has been an awful lot of Chinese investors around over the last few years. Certainly with Liverpool 2 being so close to completion, that opens Liverpool up to much closer trade links with China due to size of vessel it'll take. 95% of the worlds sea containers would be able to dock at Liverpool.
Anyway, I would love Everton to have a Stadium on Clarence docks, it would be my first choice, perhaps even over a GP refurb, but I think it is unlikely, like 98%-2% unlikely.
