The land the stadium is being built on is Peels land that Everton lease, it's nothing to do with LCC, this will be related to land that Joe Anderson would have got back handers for allowing housing projects to get built

LFC + Merseyside Police - if this stadium goes west, look no further than these two acting in tandem.

Liverpool for obvious reasons dont want Everton in a state of the art stadium down there; and Merseyside police dont want to police it.

Why wouldn’t the police want to police it? They get paid a large amount of money per game that goes to their budget. They need to make savings into the millions so policing football is of a benefit to them.

Besides the early days when the council funding was looked at, i get the feeling that Anderson has had very little input on the ground for a while.
