...last I knew, Hatton lived around Wavertree Nook Gardens.

Folk on here are closer to the detail than me, but my understanding is EFC have gone their own funding route and I doubt contracts are given by the Council so I doubt it’ll be anything to do with this.

There has been long standing dispute over land attached to the Dockers Club in Anfield, I wouldn’t be surprised if that is the area under investigation.

Basically every building contract seems to go to the same companies and architects. Plus most of them stall in the city centre halfway through. Chinatown, infinity by the BMW garage and Pall Mall behind it.

I'd be very surprised if this has anything to do with the new stadium.

Why wouldn’t the police want to police it? They get paid a large amount of money per game that goes to their budget. They need to make savings into the millions so policing football is of a benefit to them.
