This. They have a gradually rebuilt, in part cheap and nasty, shed in a neglected part of town with zero attractions within walking distance.
We by contrast have a new build in the centre of IMO the city with the best daytime culture and nightlife in the UK close by. Done right, this could be THE top away trip in the PL and one hopes the CL. They know our owner(s) have the ambition to deliver on this. And theirs do not.

Liverpool for obvious reasons dont want Everton in a state of the art stadium down there; and Merseyside police dont want to police it.

This isn't his first indesrcetion, remember the Chesterfield High fiasco, how he horribly used public monies, it's not just BMD, what about the Finch Farm arrangement, everything will be looked into.
