Any idea how the repayments will be structured?. Are we looking at 40-45 years still?

It shouldn't just be viewed as a stadium for Everton but an asset to the city that can regularly hold large concerts and other events that the arena is too small for.

The investment in a new station between Moorfields and Sandhills also needs to happen. It has been mooted but as with a lot of things in the city, it seems to take forever in the pipeline and little or no action.

If the 22nd is not exclusively for BMD; I would be pointing my frustration at the club as much as the council. There doesn't seem to be any momentum here at all & that is the clubs responsibility
