Well I knew of 2 people that thought swimming in the Mersey was a good idea, neither had a good outcome.

Some of these people asking the questions don't appear to have bothered reading the proposals at all. Otherwise there would be no need for Everton to re-state all of the information from the report! At least the answers are completely detailed and there are no follow-up questions stating any kind of concern once it's been made clear there objections regarding bloody bats or cycle lines are not valid as it's all been taken care of.

....this takes me back to pre-retirement & being grilled via video links to Politicians and Project Steering Committees. Everton appear to have done their homework & built a robust Business Case and Benefits Realisation package.

it might seem that nothing has been going on but the Club have clearly worked tirelessly to ensure they are able to meet challenges such as this. Reaping the rewards of doing their homework, being on top of their brief and meeting any questions head on.

I attended numerous meetings during my working life and found probably less than 1% of them productive. I have always hated them and found them monotonous, but christ on a bike these video meetings are mind numbingly bad.
Thank god I retired when I did.

Historic England .... obviously we have to refer this to the government to get their consent.... a government institution paving the way to government getting their backhanders too.
