I checked a while ago to see if any club had internationals staged at 3 different grounds and I think Sunderland have already done that iirc.

My view, and has been for ages, is its a chicken and egg thing.

As in, were him and his mate looking for a club once their ambitions at Arsenal were finished, and chanced on the dock development, or, did they realise the potential of the dock development before he came in.

We will never know for certain, but my opinion is its the latter one.
