It's probably never been cheaper to borrow large sums of money.

The club wouldn't have been short of options from lenders.

Goodison deserves a new European night were we remind everyone, when it’s rocking there is no place like it and I mean no place it’s the very least it deserves.

It doesn’t deserve to go out with a patter of seats it deserves to go out rocking, and making commentators think wtf is this and opposition players and fans think what on earth are these on.

They want it ready for the 2024/25 season, so in reality it's June/July in '24 with a minimum of three more seasons at Goodison.

By 2024 /25 season.

Will be a few sleeps. Next 3 seasons at Goodison I reckon.

Says the 23-24 season, but I think it'll be at least a year longer than that. Filling up the dock would surely be a longggggg process

Me daughter did mention they have stepped up work on plan B for the stadium in recent days though. No idea what "plan b" is though. (didn't know they had one and somewhat surprised they would be bright enough to have one!)
