Leave off. I want nothing but the best for the club. That means the stadium. I've long said the capacity isn't enough and the style inside is very Brighton like. Who knows when it's built it might be as stunning inside as it is outside.

It should have been over 60,000. That's the only complaint but maybe they can find a way to increase capacity in the future.

Guess it depends on the manager and players we have at that time. It's a rollercoaster with Everton. Generally speaking most top stadiums and new grounds now are huge. Everton seem to be too cautious in everything. NSNO should be the way.

I think we'd fill that, but it doesn't have to be full every week and if it does just do deals on tickets and get more kids in.

West Ham isn't full every week but they've been worse than us in recent seasons. With the good season they've just had they'd have filled it more given the chance.

They have suction pumps on deck that can do 2 tons a second.

Probably,yes and probably as that is probably the best way to pump water.

Surely we'll need to seal the north and south entrances first. Otherwise there'll be a lot of pumping and not a lot of progress.

And even then, they'll end up beached at the bottom of the dock.

They can't be there to empty it, surely...
