New Everton Stadium

West Ham obviously benefiting from having a brand new, modern stadium
Increase capacity to 60,000 due to demand and already sold nearly 42,000 season tickets

Get a move on Mr Moshiri

Yes but 60.000, nah can't see it.

If they've sold 42k season tickets before the end of March they should do it easily. Let's say they get to 48k season tickets, plus say 5k away tickets. They only need to sell 7k walk ups which is probably around what they do at the moment.

Not to say it will last for more than a couple of seasons if they don't keep pushing at the top of the table.

They'll need to sell a lot of away tickets then. Not a chance they'll fill that unless they flog tickets for a tenner a pop.
42,000 Season tickets apparently sold, London will have a big walk up crowd also, tourists just wanting to see a game. Loath them all we want but the dildo boys have played an absolute blinder with the stadium, they are going to be an attractive location for the top players.
They also have a good manager in Bilic, I wish we had him to be honest.

Give it one Season, then the novelty will wear off.any way I hope it all goes pear shaped, they need pipping down.

I reckon a lot will hinge on how the match day atmos is. Can't imagine how they've converted it and still maintained the close proximity to the pitch. If there's a big gap from stand to pitch due to the running track (or part of it), I reckon it'll be a rubbish experience.

Not really, will have a pricing structure that will appeal. They will be a force to reckon with while we still argue about re-development
Think the new ground will be too big for the club,Man C had a ground given to them and they can't fill that, they will gain a few,the problem is keeping hold of them.

Sunderland and Newcastle have had bigger/better grounds than us for years...real force they've become eh!
One decent season and a new ground does not turn a club into the new Barca

WHU won't be too chuffed if Spurs win the league. Any hope of prising a few north London fans away would be extinguished right there.
