Yeah I’m sure that where they said it’s be. It’s make sense because it’s at the entrance to the dock; the footfall will be fantastic and if they do a stellar job it’ll drive non football fans down there to gain more understanding of the history of the city and the part it played

Some of the seating rows in Goodison cover 2 steps (or more), so I guess it'd be like having people stood one in front of the other on these steps, where one seated person fits?

Yes, like that, having two steps per seated person is how it will work. Also how it works in Dortmund.

Or thinking about it, it might make more sense that by super-riser they're referring to the higher section at the top of the standing section, allowing the seated rows above to maintain a view.

No, the super-riser is the double-height "wall" in the middle of the stand, the junction between the standing area below and the seated area above. It means the people in the first seated row can see over the heads of the last standing row.

We've got one, and the drawings of the BMD south stand show one as well.
