Well spotted Barca Blue. You can clearly see from this image that the Northern boundary fence has indeed moved up to include both turret entrances.

Can't see them changing the design at this stage though, but it will make moving around the stadium easier.

Could just be a temporary thing to keep people a safe distance away from the building work which will go right up to our boundary.

I think this could be a logical answer, I do hope they have the extra land and they up the capacity but I very much doubt it. Once they complete the work the land will be handed back to the water treatment works. I hope I am wrong the binman chronicles and myself are proved wrong.

Had a look at the 2 drone videos. All good, thanks for posting and thanks to the lads who bother to do them, they are a credit to Everton FC. Just wondering has anything happened to Terry's Timber? Is it still there? Fair play to whoever owns the land. Must be sitting on a gold mine.

Had a stroll along Regent Road a week ago. Terry's Timber still there, website still 'live'.

I was working with a lass on the Wirral about 3/4 years ago, and when I mentioned I was a Blue and talking about the stadium site, she said she was Terry’s daughter-in-law. If I’m remembering correctly, she said he’d received offers from Peel / Everton, but nothing had been agreed (back then anyway).
