If you look closely above the men in orange I am sure I can make out webcams?
Look even closer and you can see they're just pointing at the fellas. Basically those 3 fellas are on a tea break and their boss is clocking how long they're taking.
In 2 years time when the stadium is built we should have a great video of the stadium build but instead we'll have about 1,245 hours worth of 3 fellas taking unofficial tea breaks behind a big massive pipe.
