There'll be plenty of bars in the Ten Streets area by the time the build is finished with many more likely to follow, that area has the potential to eclipse the similar Baltic Triangle.
Developments on Central and Collingwood docks will likely bring alot of commercial bars and restaurants aswell.
Could even see some popping up between Sandhills and the ground, be spoilt for choice eventually.

No visible progress for weeks and weeks, and then suddenly you realise the dock is only ankle deep!
…amazing to watch things change. I suppose progress will be more obvious now as we’ll see the sand-fill complete and the floor laid.
Just wait until things start to be built up.

That pic for me shows real progress, and the fact it is firm enough to take an excavator till quite a way down, notice the bucket towards the waters edge.
