Bit concerned that if we are relegated that this stadium is downgraded or done cheaper.
Errrr @davek you seen this?View attachment 163693
copying that stonework sign has so much potential for merch if the club had a clue what they were doing.
It's the copperplate writing my son. It actually says Brimley Moare, a famed 19th century anti slavery crusader.Errrr @davek you seen this?
Absolutely. This stadium will be the one glimmer of hope if the unthinkable does happen.Someone had to do the donkey work and build that stadium as no one else was going to.
If we had stayed at Goodison for another 20 years while all and sundry updated their's then we would be in an even worse spot. Sometimes you have to go backwards to go forward and right now that is the one decent thing in our advantage so the next big buyer doesn't pick up Villa/Wolves etc. instead.
I completely understand your apathy given how critically bad things are on the pitch mate. I feel the same. However, I’d rather have a brilliant stadium (which may attract a new buyer) than a really ramshackle stadium that might soon fail it’s safety certificate.stick this in the bin . i don’t give a s*
rather they play in a f n sports hall
a big empty stadium in the championship
oh wow oh wow
f off everton
Good point. This idea that we’ll be better off at Goodison, a stadium that makes us very little money due to its small capacity and lack of corporate facilities, is laughable. Not this, again! Who said that? I don't know anyone of that opinion. There again we have spent diddly squat on GP for decades and we've managed to do avoid winning trophies. So, what's your point? Spend money on the squad? That's worked out well, hasn't it?
I think it might actually be a 3d jigsaw being built using stop motion animation and then seen through a magnifying glass. They're starting with the corners, then they'll do the edges...Be boss if it came out that the whole thing was a big green screen like the moon landings. @CharliePotato

i would rather be a premier league team mate that’s more attractive than the championship

Leigh Centurions were once denied promotion to the rugby Super League because their stadium wasn't up to snuff. There is every liklihood that such an event could occur with regards to Goodison Park should Everton get relegated and be up for promotion.i would rather be a premier league team mate that’s more attractive than the championship
