I'm concerned about people going on about the smell, is it that bad.

The smell of molasses on Regent Road can be a bit strong from time to time, but it’s not all the time. In fact, it’s far from being all the time.

The smell won’t be a concern.

Is correct. Was down that way this morning, no smell at all and she is coming on well

Dates and milestones are guide lines only I presume?

To be fair, I think the "lattice" steelwork will shoot up. As previously mentioned it's being brought in off site and put together like Mechano, so don't think they're too far off.

Is right mate, same here. was bang into it last year with the updates, been more distracted lately checking if any key players for Leeds / Burnley got injured in training good to get back to this as my full attention though, might even dig out me old 'sand dredging 101' books out the loft again for old times sake

It’s not shady. Moshiri is a billionaire, he can build the stadium without affecting FFP, if he wants to.
