Stadium Developments aren`t part of the Premier Leagues Profit & Sustainability which some call FFP after the UEFA version.

The smell of molasses on Regent Road can be a bit strong from time to time, but it’s not all the time. In fact, it’s far from being all the time.

The smell won’t be a concern.

Nah, it's much more than that. Mosh has told Laing's to get it built, money isn't an issue. Laings more than happy to progress with the build with what they've been told by the club and Moshiri.
