If Liverpool were building next tp the Nelson Dock they'd have secured that dock too.

Everton need to be in on that. Hopefully - if it is for sale - any consortium looking at the club are determined to buy that too.

No you didn’t, the docks aren’t for sale. the entire area has been granted planning application for Liverpool Waters development. Everton don’t own the land at Bramley Moore

Nope, we're paying a peppercorn rent for the land.

They can't evict us so it's essentially ours.

As for Nelson Dock, like everything else in LW it's available for development, no way would Peel sell it.

Small amount of coastal general/bulk cargo and home to some of the port's tug fleet and other harbour boats, who were still resident right upto our move.
