Exactly right. The interaction of the urban and the open spaces is what makes the streets around Central Park (south and West particularly) the most exclusive in the city.

I would also say this, giving maintenance access. Also, the containers are stacked full of lawnmowers, just waiting for them to have their shed built.

In Bristol, the most desirable, and ergo expensive places to buy/rent are either near The Downs, a massive open area of parks and a zoo, and apartments overlooking or on the docks.

Be pretty cool to have both options for a any new development.

Don't worry mate, I am the same. Really want to be excited about this new stadium, but as things stand I honestly don't think we will be a premier league team by the time it is finished. Takes the shine off it completely.

well i dunno about relegation but we are ran so bad, right now if we don’t have change every way it’s a possibility we have the biggest ground in the CS
