has no one thought of redeveloping goodison rather than moving to a new ground, I'm sure it can be done.

Hehe... I was going to copy in an expert on the subject but then realised I want to see the new stadium.

redevelop some parts into new mixed purpose units.

This was a great example of a design to do that, best of both worlds.

Would be off the scale expensive and sadly not the place to put an upmarket facility that only applies to half the population though.

Elland Road needs redevelopment it's looking dated I think away fans still like coming but when they finally do put spades in the ground it doesn't become another library.

…I notice in the vid posted earlier they mentioned the site was closed at 15.00hrs on Friday. I know Friday can be an early dart but that seemed a little odd.

….as somebody who scored a few blasters at Elland Rd I hope it doesn’t become another ground I played on that is now a supermarket. I’d lose the opportunity to mention it

They only sing when there winning but now the peds are wearing off the place has turned into a morgue.
