Just backing up @tommye 's earlier photo. It's absolutely huge.

Thats a 40 foot juganaut in the foreground

Poor old Scotland Road.

As Bishop Williams says, the old place might be resurrected yet by our new ground.

That's a blast from the past, Bishop Williams from O.L.I.,Father Tom as he was back then, massive Evertonian, always giving us a mention on a Sunday morning!

Really should be a new ground for the Women's team. You can still build many things around it to make it a community focal point.

Yeah, I agree. Keep the Gwladys and the Bullens and put them back to how they were when built (ie take that stupid Kenwright cladding down). There would still be enough room on the other 2 sides to build plenty. Woman's team, youth teams etc could play there.

I'm sure we all got the recent email from EFC about the progress in the new stadium. It mentioned that there would be a total of 747 toilets. I wonder how many there are at GP? I'd guess about a couple of hundred at most.

Personally I'm indifferent to the name changes. At the end of the day, 99% of the public are none the wiser as to who these people were and what they did. That said, if it does offend people then there's no real reason not to change it. The history of the name and the dock structure is well documented and can put on display (or archived) at the club museum. Are we getting a museum?
The name will become whatever the highest bidder decides it will become.
I won't change because of any links to the slave trade, or any public crusade to change the name. It will be called whatever the moolah wants it to be called.

Looks to be a box van to me so will be shorter, but it is height we are more interested in anyhow and whatever is parked up there will look small.

They've lost again, so I'm sure Simon Hughes will be up all night penning a story on how we are linked to 1600's attrocities.

For Monday's Halloween special it will be announced that the Salem witches all had links to Everton and that the ground should be burned at the stake.
