How will the GF concourse be huge? There's an overhang for the walkway.

The ground floor is pretty big mate. If you think the park end has nearly 6k and that is roughly what the South stand will divided into (upper/lower) the space absolutely dwarfs what you get in the PE.

From looking at this, and the most recent footage of the South stand, I reckon there's still 24 rows of seats still to go to reach pitch level.
Currently the terracing sits parallel with where the second roof truss will be fitted...

From what I can make out there are already 34 rows in, another 24 added to that will be massive

Think it's 27 rows in the lower. 33 upper. Total is 60 rows. A decent size but not massive. Of course safe-standing will add to that if allowed at greater ratios.
