No mate you are right but the 20th row isn't a full row and it's really quite sporadic. It'sike a row of 10 seats then nothing for ages then another row of 10 etc. So I didn't count that one tbh. If you have access to buying tickets you can go on the Everton website and jump into a stand and you'll see how sporadic it is. Due to where Goodion Road turns in, the Main Stand and Top Balcony are just really mad designs and quite small towards the park end but massive towards the Street End. It's amazing actually how they've done it (regardless of the obstructed views)

Yeah, I've always really loved the main stand. No idea why as in terms of facilities it's not the best, just the whole structure has so many quirks.

The top balcony in particular... Best seats in the house by a mile

I've loved following the build at the new place but I'll miss so much about goodison.

I’m not convinced these diagrams are an accurate gauge any longer.

This is all what my eyes see on a phone screen, so I could be wrong - but if you look at the week 50, the roof trusses seem further along than they are now on the north stand, and further behind than they are now on the south stand. The west stand also looks significantly less developed than it is now, too.

And even on week 75, the cladding is going up on the south stand - a totally different side to where we see it now on the west stand.

I presume the plan has evolved, with more work going into the terracing blocks earlier than initially intended?

Yeah 2 each.
I reckon they're aiming for 3 each before they break for the Christmas.

Tickets for Brighton still available on general sale. Is this a concern for a club building a 53k capacity stadium ?
