All correct mate. I literally went onto the virtual reality stadium when purchasing an Everton ticket and counted them

Excellent. Thanks for that. So, the 2 side stands will be like the deepest part of the Main Stand with the deepest part of the Top Balcony added on, right along 2 sides. I think that will look huge. Especially at a steep angle.

That's right mate, the deepest section of the main stand and top balcony will be slightly smaller (by 1 row) than the new East and West sides. I think they're quite close to the steepness of the top balcony aswell.
