New Everton Stadium

There’s multiple options, split between the east and west stands. Majority of the high end packages are now sold. Main difference between what we have now and what we will have is the packages can be bespoke. Theirs multiple options around dining and drinks packages, even ability to upgrade elements as you go through the season.

There is three year tie ins, 10% deposit of the first year payment to secure seats, with the remaining 1st year balance paid 6 months prior to the move.

All tickets are written as premier league contracts, and will be voided if we are relegated.
Hi Sam, What is the pricing for seats then and what do they offer? I am interested in more than I get now if the price is on point. I assume only East and West will have the premium offerings for food etc?

As i've mentioned previously, the club is keeping its cards close to its chest on both offerings and pricing. Many of the current packages are partly bespoke which can determine price levels. I can't really give specifics as I only have a clear indication of what was offered to me. I'm only aware of East and West as that is all that was on show to me. More packages will become available over the remainder of the year.

My suggestion to anyone interested would be to ring the club and tell them your interested in food and drink packages, as that should see you jump up the queue.

thanks Sam, any idea who to call. I would assume ticket office would not be much help

I’m amazed it’s still been open all these years. No one lives by there and it’s been a derelict area for like 4 decades.

Might be decent ale in there….never been

But if Peel’s vision is realised that pub might be moved on for a trendy swanky bar.

At least I assume so if there are going to be restaurants and bars and other entertainment facilities

Is there an option to be interested in good football being played for once? That's the package I'd be looking to choose!

The pub surprised me when I went in. Spacious and comfortable - has a look and feel inside that resonates with its dockland location. Guinness was good...but the best thing was relaxing in the comfy armchairs while watching the 4th Grace rise from the docks. It is an immense feat of engineering in a location that we should all be very proud of. EFC and its ownership have got a lot wrong in recent years...but not this. Stonebridge Cross would have been a second-rate location and Kirkby the death of us.

Your correct on the hush hush. No pictures were allowed, and the pricing structures are being kept close to their chest. Essentially they are gaining an understanding of what your would like with pre-planned questions, whittling down options and then discussing only those with prospective buyers. The decks they are using to talk through the lounges, they arn't even distributing until all packages in that lounge or that offering are sold.

They are also working from the top down, so the pricing on the cheaper packages aren't being discussed until the end of the year. I'm aware of pricing from 3.5k upto 12k, but only based on the conversations I've had with the club and others.
Tunnel club with vat is over 11k.

Cup games not included.

I’m sure someone can back me up here but didn’t they get told by Moshiri they’d pay them to get it done up? Pretty sure it was when Meis was in there.

Peels plans have been out long enough, the brewery or who ever own it prob thought it was cheaper and easier to sit tight for the last 8 years or so then flog at peak value when development reached it. That or it was easier keep and do it up later than flog it and try to get new premises and a licence later. Can’t imagine it cost much to run for a large outfit in the grand scheme of things.
Must have been some angle as you’re right, can’t be a money spinner in day to day operations.
