I think you make a very good point. It's travelling to the new ground from the north east of the city and beyond that's the biggest problem. So how would you get there from west derby, Norris green, Tuebrook? Either a bus and a massive walk or take the car with nowhere to park it. This place is not even on the transport map. Looks great though
From the north (Kirkdale, Bootle, Crosby all the way out to Southport) you've already got trains and buses that drop you not too far away.
Anybody from south Liverpool and beyond or the Wirral, Cheshire and north Wales just has to get into the city centre, where hopefully there will be shuttle buses from various points directly to the ground.
Doesn't make much sense for those heading from the north east to go past the new ground to go to town and then back again. There is no railway in those areas you mentioned, of course.
Could be a good case for special buses directly to the new ground from those areas.
Perhaps a shuttle bus running up and down Boundary Street from the Rotunda would euseful. Loads of buses stop on Scotland Road, Great Homer St etc
