Didnt know that. Then in my opinion its more likely we move in for the first game of 25/26 season based in the original timeline. Will be amazed if its all finished, tested and ready to go August 2024.You can't move mid season, Its against league rules.

I guess it will be based purely on financial reasons. Mad to have a new stadium unused if its fully tested and ready to go, but i do understand your point. I personally would prefer a fresh start at the begining of a season rather that the unsettling nature of a stadium move mid season. Knowing the clowns that we have in charge they will probablly knock down goodison before BMD is ready and have us playing at wembley or stanley park for a few seasons....
You really leaving Benitez out of your horsemen of doom shocking. The 4 horsemen of doom are Kenwright, Walsh, Brands & Lampard.
Moshiri has been the only positive force at the club since the days of Wee Davey. At least we could dream when King Carlo was appointed, when we spent big on the likes of Richarlison, when we lit up the world Blue signing James Rodriguez & when the club secured the land for BMD.
When could we ever dream before Mosh Man turned up ?
Didn’t Spurs do that with permission from the premier league ?

And some say it’s ok because he ‘got us’. He had no track record, he was thin skinned and arrogant and this had come back to bite him at his previous two failuresBenitez had a £1.7m budget and that divvy Brands getting involved in his affairs.
Lampard on the other hand had just shy of a £90 millions budget last summer and a proper footballing man in Big Kevin Thelwell guiding him.
Apples and Oranges - Lampard was a disaster on Walker levels.
Problem is Lampard did have a track record, failure in both the Prem and Champ with either the most or one the most expensive squads in each league. And some say it’s ok because he ‘got us’. He was the DoF - he’s meant to get involved and have oversight….RB has always been political and a power merchant wherever he has been, that’s why the horse punchers loved him so much…he used that leverage as he knew the fans hated the owner but he was also like that at LiverpoolBenitez had a £1.7m budget and that divvy Brands getting involved in his affairs.

Brands is the actual football man who knows how to be a DoF, Thelwell hadn’t done the role before coming here. One had to deal with a clown ripping out the creativity from the team, and a shameless owner listening to his crook of an agent, the other failed in TWO windows to get competent strikers to replace both our main injured striker and one of our best playersBenitez had a £1.7m budget and that divvy Brands getting involved in his affairs.

I think the accounts, namely profit and loss, are far less to do with the stadium build and more to do with years of mismanagement and overspending.Tbf any club who are building a stadium won't have the prettiest accounts. If in 10 years the standard starting cost of a new stadium is 1-1.5 billion then the debt we might be saddled with on top might not seem too bad.
The table doesn't look good though and hopefully we can get through this bad period in our history without taking the pain of going down.
