But but but, the war monger at the Guardian said it was a whole 3 months behind schedule. Surely a newspaper under the control of MI5 wouldn't lie to us?
Yes, i agree. Like all of us ive been watching this build closely and whilst im not a project manager i think progress has been astonishing. Every rumour i hear is that the build is ahead of schedule. In any case im not sure that 3 months is a massive on a stadium project this size. The gaurdian statement of everton moving into the new stadium for the 24/25 season can be taken with a pinch of salt. They are insinuating the first game of the season which i could never see happening with the building schedule that was originally announced. More lilkely it will be discussions as to whether we will move in mid season. No way they could know without the club or LoR briefing them and that hasn’t happened.
Guardian is indulging in Everton bashing that’s all
I'm not entirely sure about a mid season move. The way it can have an effect on the team's form makes it a strange one. In an old style season where we'd be mid table it'd be fine, but I wouldn't have fancied it this year during a crisisYes, i agree. Gaurdian should focus on getting these privileged tory tofts out of running down our country and leave the building of football stadiums to those who know what they are talking about!!
In the article its headline says 'bmd months behind schedule 'No way they could know without the club or LoR briefing them and that hasn’t happened.

How did you get to chose your seat?Having recently been the showroom at the liver building I was informed it is ahead of schedule. But this does not mean 100% they we will move in after next season. A few test events will be required which is usual for new builds. Being able to pick my new seats and use the VR headset from your new seat is brilliant and gives you an idea of the scale. The new packages however come at a price!
Hospitality members are getting chance to reserve them now.How did you get to chose your seat?

I guess it will be based purely on financial reasons. Mad to have a new stadium unused if its fully tested and ready to go, but i do understand your point. I personally would prefer a fresh start at the begining of a season rather that the unsettling nature of a stadium move mid season. Knowing the clowns that we have in charge they will probablly knock down goodison before BMD is ready and have us playing at wembley or stanley park for a few seasons....
