Last night right behind the Keane shot, from the park end, the reaction from a packed ST when it hit the net was priceless, new grounds i dont think have that feeling, hope BMD does

I was pretty much in line too (in the Park end). The pandemonium of arms and limbs thing is usually more pronounced on those old shallower-raked former terraces because there just appears to be a greater density of bodies. BMD is about steep stands on all sides. Perhaps safe-standing (at above 1:1 ratios) will help provide a similar spectacle.

From my view last night had a nice guide with some steelwork to see roughly how big the new ground ends will look compared to Goodison, so give or take this is where the scoreboard would be:

Wow, and three of the new stands will all have back row seating at the same height- I’m glad the new ground wont have a curved roof that lowers the stand size into the corners like many of the newer grounds have.
its almost (as good as the same) as the top balcony for both height and steepness on 3 sides.

It will be higher than the TB on 3 sides and just under (like 6 or so rows) for the other. Of course the TB is a lot closer to the pitch though.
